Is this an easier part of the week in your quit or more difficult?
I know early on in my quit weekends could be a bit tricky π¬ whether it was more time on my hands, less routine & structure, socialising with smokers or events that Iβd have a cigarette π¬ to fill the gaps or have an escape route π³
So how do you get through these moments or times or what is it that helps you? π§
For me, I think when there wasnβt that structure Iβd have an exit plan or a list of 10 things Iβd do before I decided to have a cigarette in place, with things like, call my smoking quit buddy, post on quit support, chew chewing gum, take deep breathes, drink a pint of water, play a game on my phone, go for a walk, move about, give myself 5 minutes etc.
