Well I had an ultrasound then sat in the ED for 4 hours to get the results, to be told there's nothing wrong with my leg!!! Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm just a sook at least nasty things like DVT and muscle tears have been ruled out. Apparently my calf is in a permanent cramp so plenty of heat packs and massage should make an improvement :). I also have this weird bruising on top of my foot that has grown over the last week or so since some severe nerve pain. The doc looked at that and said "that's a bit weird and I have no idea what it's from ". So I got home and rang my 78 yo mother. She said she would have to call me back as she was at the doctor. When she called me back guess what? She was at the doctor for exactly the same thing! Her doc had no idea either! Talk about spooky!
Hope you all have a great Monday :). Wish me luck I start my new job tomorrow!!!! Hooorrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaayyyyyy!!!!!!!!
Cheers

Thanks everyone I'm sure I'll live haha. We have a saying here (not sure if you use it in the UK too) but it goes like this...... 'I need to take a teaspoon of cement and harden the f$&#% up!!"
Ummmmm new job.......not the most glamourous. Just at a call centre for an insurance company taking inbound calls. I've worked in call centre before for the taxation office so this will be a breeze!!! I actually quite enjoy this type of work tho......I love helping people and especially love talking on the phone haha
Thanks EmJay :). My leg is a lot better this morning after massage and heat. Lucky cos I have a fair way to walk from carpark to work!
You're so right. This will be my first job as a non smoker! It will be a bit bizarre at first not trying to squeeze a couple of fags in on a 15 minute break haha. Instead I'll be able to sit back and really relax for a change!! I'm feeling strong about it which is good
