29 days now

29 days smoke free, that's about 570 cigarettes not smoked and I have saved around £280 just need to save another £70 before I treat myself. 570 not smoked thats a lot of crap not gone into my system, and only 29 days but already my had is starting to clear and breathing easier. Best decision I ever made to kick this habit 😀
