If anyone has any questions or concerns/ideas please shout out, not too loud though!! I will be bobbing in and out of Quit Support over the next few days. So I’ll do my best to help you.

Good evening everybody
Wow, where you all been today !!!! huh, I suspect you've all gone on your hols, orrrrr started smokin again
Good evening Pete and andi, it has been exceptionally quiet on here today. I'm going in a minute to shine my sink and wash up as I've been neglecting my sink shining of late cos yesterday I was depressed. Today I've been having lots of cuddles and coos from my cutsie little baby Olivia and went on an adventure with a buggy board, oh and bought a beautiful hippopotamus from a charity shop for £1.50 to put on my beautiful bed in my beautiful shiny bedroom.
Aup Sinfree, am sorry to hear you were depressed yesterday gal, if I had known, I would have sent you some cuddles, although they wouldnt have been as nice as Olivia's
Hmmmm not sure about havin a hippo on my bed though
haha, its a very cute, cuddly hippo, if it had some blue stripy pyjamas on it would look like the silentnight hippo. How are you and how is your weather, its extremely damp here, lots of nasty rain
Hiya Sin, wot's a buggy board?
I've been threatening my sink for a while now. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to empty the teapot down the sink.
A buggy board is like a platform on wheels that attaches to the front of a pram so my grandson can tag a ride on Olivia's pram when his little legs get tired. It was very precarious, especially since he kept getting off without warning Not helped by the hills, kirbs and cars parked half on pavements. My daughter fell backwards into someone's doorway trying to get out of the way and thought she was falling into their house, was quite funny, been even funnier if their door had been open.
Know what's best for cleaning your sink? If it's stainless steel anyway, soap-powder and a green scourer thing, brings it up sparkling with minimum effort.
Pete, wot's your shift this week?
Hi Andi
Am on 6am till 4pm supposedly
Yes, I guessed you were early but not sure of your supposed finish time.
I hope you've bin restin today gal
I guessed that was what a buggy board was but as you hadn't mentioned your grandson, I wondered what it really had to do with Olivia at her tender age! As for him getting off without warning, I'm sure he'll soon learn after he's had a couple of tumbles.
Weather's pretty cold down here today too. We had a bit of rain during the day but it's been drizzling since about 5 o'clock. I was out for a run this evening with the running group and the rain was only really light drizzle on and off whilst out so we were really lucky.
Thanks for the tip re the sink. I think I'll try that tomorrow. I don't usually have "green men" around cos I don't want things scratched. I know they don't scratch but there's a kind of mental block with any kind of scourer.
Huh thats why you aint got green fingers then
Green men!! haha never heard them called that before. I've always just called them green things. I don't know if it scratches or not - eek don't blame me if it does. My sink was in this house when we moved here in 1988 so I figured it could cope with a bit of scrubbing without coming to too much harm.
Rite young Ladies, my beds callin me well somethin is, cos am noddin, so I will say nite nite to you, I wish you a lovely nights sleep, so that your ready for tomorrow and jumping for joy It's hump day
Nite nite everybody
Night Pete, watch the hippo's don't bite
Nite nite Pete, sleep well and hope you have a good hump tomorrow. (Can I really say that? )
Well, I dunno about up north but after tonight, I think we may be having a few nice days again, especially at the weekend. I'll have to do a bit of research and see what's on offer for being out and about.
I heard rumours of that too, we shall see cos it's pretty dam chilly (13 degrees) tonight. Hope so cos I've got the end of next week off work and it would be nice to go somewhere even if its only Blackpool, well around the Fylde coast, not Blackpool itself as it's a bit skanky there
Anyways am going to go now as I have just given myself a reminder to go get ready for bed via a reminder app thing called Wunderlist that I was playing about with last night. Oh shame look, its too late to go washing up and shining sinks and stuff now Night Andi. See you tomorrow.
I thought you'd already been out to do that. It'll still be there in the morning!
Nite nite Sin, See you tomorrow.
