Love the example of 40yr long smokers quitting. Sends a message out, deep into my soul like nothing else. It defies all the lies; 'What's the point now, I've smoked too long!'..'I'll do it tomorrow'...As we know tomorrow never comes...It's simply DO IT and that's what you've done Kala. Love it! Defied the whole addiction and came out Top!
