Get to your docs or pm EmJay for quit smoking groups in your area. Your 10 weeks was a longish practice run - don't waste it - start on your journey asap but get some help and advice from someone like EmJay. You aren't alone we've all been there at some point but not all of us have had a cig but that doesn't mean that we don't want one we've just practised saying no more than you!
Please, don't waste what you've learnt - get some help it will help you honest!!!
If the E-Cig helps then keep using it until you get some advice and mybe start on some NRT then you could use your E-Cig with zero Nicotine to go with whatever NRT you choose. If you are smoking now i would NOT use an E-Cig as well.
Hi. I tried e cig but didn't really get on with them. I am now using a vapouiser and for me it is excellent and works weel. I even use it less and less. You can use lower strengths as time passes and also nic free. Just don't quit quitting

Im a new quitter but after four days am really craving! anyone know any ways to allay this am using patches but not finding them much help
try e cigs...i get "cigees" on line..only thing that worked for me after 50years smoking.theres lots of brands..settle on one you like...good luck...
Thanks il give it a go!
Jolojo, let us know how you get on. However I would maybe suggest that you stick with the patches and then use an inhalator as back up. This is something that is called combination therapy. The patches and the inhalator are two products that work really well together. What strength patch are you using? Also, have you paid for them yourself or have you got them through your loal NHS stop smoking service? Lots of questions sorry, but I've only just found your query
