I'm having trouble setting a new quit date at the moment, as in tooooo much going off in my head for my 1 brain cell to cope with 
but I will
No lumpy gravy today 
but got lumpy barbecue sauce instead 
hmmmmm although the lumps in that might be the chicken pieces

Good afternoon Pete, Just thought I would bob on site and see if anything is happening. Just started to rain here. Done my ironing , all put away. Salad for tea so that's nice and easy. Going to make a cuppa and put my feet up for an hour.
