Hope you're all having a relaxing Sunday. I thought Pete might open up today but he's obviously too busy making his lumpy gravy, hope he had fun on his rowing machine first!
It looks a bit of a grey day so let's get a bit of colour into it.

Hi Jilly, he LOVES his lumpy gravy so no way would he put it in a blender. He especially keeps trying to teach us all how to make it - not sure how many have mastered the technique yet though!

I hope you are feeling a bit better now Jillygirl xxx
Lovely pic Andi, reminds me of Spring
It's quiet on here today, looks like everyone is having a lazy Sunday or maybe a busy one.
Hiya Kazz, lovely to see you. Nice to know you're still lurking and not completely disappeared. I hope you've given up the chocolate now and whenever you're ready with your head sorted out, you know where we are. How's the build-up to your running plan going? Roll on spring, eh?
I want to keep lurking and keep in touch because as long as I do it will always be in my mind to give up smoking which I want to do when I'm ready. Yes I have given up the chocolate and have lost a stone. The build up to my walking programme is still building up Can't wait for Spring and it will soon be here. When is your next holiday?
I'm off on the 8th March again - back to my sister's for another 2 1/2 weeks. Starting to look forward to it again, I needed some time back home to recharge my batteries. The only problem is that it puts me back on the fitness front each time I go. Am now back into my fourth week and starting to feel the benefit of all the exercise - even my jeans are starting to get slightly looser - when it all stops for a while then I have to build it all up again - never mind.

Hmmmm looser jeans eh flippin never bet you bought some 2 sizes too big
Erm time I wasnt here me thinks

Kaz, you flippin luuuuuurk as much as you want to gal as long as it aint me, cos I aint got note to lurk about, ok do you hear me Woman
Hey Cheeky Monky, I'll have you know that I bought these jeans less than a fortnight ago. They are exactly the same size as my old worn-out ones. What a bargain they were - label said £29.50 but when they were scanned they were only £12.00! I would have got some more but they were the only ones in my size.

Ace gal, that is what I call a bargin what size were they then
That's great Andi, it's a good feeling when your clothes start feeling looser. I'm still trying to get into my jeans, I refused to by a bigger size.
I thought you went skiing when you visited your sister? That would be great exercise even though you are not following your C25K regime. Maybe you are indulging in the apres ski
Hi Pete, thanks I wont be a stranger. You have plenty that I can lurk at, you are always up to no good Unless you completely changed, you were cheeky and always will be so there !!! If you weren't, why do you have to keep hiding in your garage
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toKazzachoc
Am not hidding in the garage today tooooo flippin cold gal brrrrrr ave tried the greenhouse too hmmm got to find somewhere warmer to hide eh
Yes Kazz, I do go skiing but you don't go on a skiing holiday to lose weight! Lots of exercise but different to all the other stuff done at home and, like you say, there is the apres to add into the equation.
I didn't want to but any bigger clothes either but when I was away last time I found that everything half decent I'd taken I couldn't wear any more as it had all become so incomfortably tight - so this time I might just take even less clothes.
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toandi22
Yeahhhhhhh
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toandi22
Well what Pete suggested is certainly less clothing You couldn't get much less without being naked, at least you wouldn't have a problem with tight clothes but you might freeze to death. Maybe a naturalst place would solve the problem or is that naturist, I can never remember.
Pete you could always hide in the oven again, that's warmer than your garage
monkyAdministratorCake sniffer outer• in reply toKazzachoc
Ooooooh no I cant, cos I think I worded it wrong last time, cos it sounded really naughty but loved it
Maybe I should take back the word "nerdy" cos lots of people like nature me included. I did go on a riverside walk with a local naturalist once though. There was a big group of people and after about 20 minutes, they gradually started sloping off as it wasn't much of a walk, more of a slooooow moving, boooooring lecture. We survived nearly half an hour before we were yawning and nearly falling asleep on our feet and felt it not too rude to slope off at that stage.

Hiya Bella, hope you enjoyed your yomp in the Malvern hills this afternoon - that sounded lovely. I had to get out for some fresh air and tried a new walk for me down near the river as I thought it might be relatively dry at the moment.
Hi Andi, yes the Malverns were totally fab. Isn't it great to put on a pair of walking boots instead of wellies and stay totally dry underfoot. The chill in the air should surely of kept the ground hard enough to keep your feet dry, my nearest river is the Severn (although often hard to see under the flood plains, how bout yours?
Monky, you are so funny, both you and Andi are brill. Naked, on a beach in France, totally acceptable, tonight please can I wear a hat, scarf, and merino socks cause it's rather chilly outside.... unless of cause I join Fags in a Brighton seafront run
