Hi, I’ve just been put on Vagifem for painful vaginal atrophy and reading small print (& online) there’s a risk of dementia for starting it at age 65. I’m 64 and nearly 65 and really concerned about the risk, especially having cared for someone with it). Has anyone else started it at nearly 65 or over? I am really worried but feel the Vagifem is working and I was in agony before.
