Hello,

I have seen your post and thought about how I best describe my pains and the ways I have found to cope with my pain. The way you describe your problem seems to fit in with my issues that I’ve had for the last 12 years, and during the past 7 years I have done complete fasting, (only water, salt and effervescent vitamins) for over 750 days in total, in spans of 14-20 days. This solution works for me and it explains the fact that the problem sits with how the stomach and bowels are filled or not, the movement of the bowels and rectum.

I empty my whole system with laxatives and in day two, all my pain and other issues are gone. This far, no doctor or medicine has relived my pain as far as this fasting method has done. I’m convinced that it is the pudendal nerve that is the main reason of all of my symptoms and pain. It is a known fact that constipation and other bowel issues can cause irritation of the pudendal nerve. One of the most common issues with pudendal nerve entrapment is difficulties to sit, to urinate and to poop.

Best of luck!
