Hello. I’m sad to read you’ve got pain in your back and you’re having trouble with enteric symptoms.

Are you aware that when our gall bladder is removed, small metal titanium ( or stainless steel ) clips are used by the surgeon to close the bile duct and to close the blood vessels to the gall bladder?

Doctors say these are safe BUT some people are allergic to the metal OR some clips migrate. If this persists, you may need an X-ray.

Did you follow the post op advice given to you by your surgeon?

It could be that fatty foods are causing the problem as you no longer have your gall bladder. Avoid greasy, deep fried foods, fatty sauces and gravies.

Eat high fibre foods ( oats, potatoes, barley, lentils, beans, peas, nuts, fruits ( apples, berries, avocado ) and nutrient dense foods like broccoli, kale, cauliflower, spinach. Lean meat like chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna, whitefish and tofu to.

Good luck. Feel better soon .

I hope you are feeling better! My gall bladder being removed caused a total upheaval in my body. I had GERD so horribly that I had to have surgery. I had 7 rounds of pelvic floor therapy. Bladder mesh/had it removed. Just had urethral bulking. I’m not happy. I do take an OTC product called Uqora that helps with urgency. Try it. Your body takes awhile to heal. I’m not patient. I’m learning.

OTC-over the counter (no script). Uqora has several products and one is a powder. The rest are capsules.
