i got told in march 2020 that i hadd a prlasped bladder and would need a emergecy 0p and my dr said he would refer me' but a year befor that i felt like i was tierd easy and when i was doing jobs around the house i felt i had to sit down .which now looking back i know it must f been my prolase .but at the sametime i had my bowels playig up it was constipation and now its like my mussle at the back passage is very weak and my motion is soft . iv had a camra yeserday to see if it was anything serious going on like the big c . but everything was ok i asked if they could tell me could it be the bladder prolase that is causeing it. its like i have a erengency to go to open my bowels frist thing in the morning back and forth to the toilet which is very uncomfy sore backside too. if i could find out if it its the prolase causing this i could see what is best to try and help me that i can do for my self . but my dr said it isent the prolase and when i asked the gynocolist she said it could be. does anyone have this promlem or had this promlem .

I believe it is the prolapse bladder that can cause this. There is a condition called rectocele which describes this. Perhaps look it up.I'm beginning to think I have the beginnings of this. It is so demoralizing. And embarrassing.

But I think they can do both ops at the same time. Hope this helps. There is more about it on here from other posters.

I have a prolaspe and it is definitely causing trouble with my bowels. Our bladder uterus and bowel are all pretty close together and they can pull each other down. I think my uterus which l know is retroverted is pushing on my bowel. I have difficulty having a poo. I take cosmocol sachets which add water to my stools making them softer. My prolaspe makes me have wind alot and l have to be careful that it's only wind. I have bloating alot. I ache alot all over and am suffering menopause symptoms loads of stuff. Been waiting to see gynecologist since April. Terrible thing is the options of ops are not always successful.I would advise against any TVT(tension free vaginal tape) surgery. It's the mesh surgery. Do kegel exercises to help and if you go for surgery route dont choose the mesh is my advise. I get really depressed now and again as l dont know what to do for the best.

Hi l have a ring pessary 64mm with support. I take vagifem twice a week. Cosmocol sachet one or sometimes half sachet. I have just bought some menopace to try. I'm 60 soon had very late menopause only very recent. I try and eat reasonably healthy but not always. I am avoiding coffee and alcohol as it now gives me menopausal symptoms. Tingling rushing sensation and headache. I feel tired alot. I rest horizontal when l can. I push the ring back up if it descends. I live in the south west. Let me know what surgery you have if you have any. I'm waiting forever for appointment. If you read up on the surgeries ladies often need more surgery within a couple of years. I'm saying No to TVT because of the "sling the mesh" ladies compensation experiences and the pain they have experienced due to erosion. Keep in touch all the best to you
