Some people in the fb group I’m in have tried it. Sometimes it’s successful, but usually needs repeating after a few months.

From what I can gather it delivers small shocks to the pudendal nerve and destroys part of it, so it doesn’t cause pain. The nerve grows back slowly and unless you’re lucky, the pain comes back as it grows. But it seems to be a process that can be repeated.
