Hi I saw a physio in my local gynie department who gave me some great exercises and told me how to manage things (and better understand how it all works around there) and I now have things totally under control - managed but not gone. Our department had self referral. No one else who I encountered on my journey knew or understood anything about what I was going through.

Can recommend seeing a specialist women's physio who can do internal/external vaginal trigger point therapy which can help to relax pelvic floor and make spasms more bearable. You can also get Botox injections into pelvic floor to help with muscle spasms. Doesn't eradicate pain but makes it more manageable.
