10 years of pelvic pain, still undiagnosed

It is a sudden intense pain in my left pelvis that radiates to my leg, knee and back. Lasts for 10 minutes and then stops. It appears only when I am between the 15 and 25th day of my menstrual cycle and I engage on any physical activity, or sometimes when I am nervous, anxious, excited or even aroused. Stopping the activity won't stop the pain, once it starts It lasts for about ten minutes every time. It usually makes me sweat and feel nauseous and lightheaded. Lately It can sometimes make me yawn non-stop while I am in pain.

I've had blood tests, pelvic MRI, pelvic angiogram, several pelvic ultrasounds, all look normal except for a couple of uterine fibroids. Doctors assure me that fibroids are not causing this kind of pain.

Has anyone had similar symptoms?

Similar history, decade+ of pain, pain over a variety of nerves, MRI normal, except male. Solution took awhile to find. I would've cut years off of that if I hadn't trusted doctors to tell me the truth.
