So sorry you have been so poorly, and also that nobody seems to have replied to you. (I’ve literally only just seen your post). I’m wondering whether you are still not over your UTI, as sometimes due to other immune problems, they can be stubborn to get rid of. If you are still experiencing symptoms, I would contact your doctor as you may need different antibiotics to get rid of your infection. A member of my family had sepsis two years ago, and had continual problems with UTIs as a result, so it’s important to keep on top of things.

So sorry you are going through this and UTIs are so unpleasant. I’m pleased you’ve found something that works for you. I understand that vicious circle only too well, and it’s a hard cycle to break. It’s interesting that you mention pains in your legs and feet. I’ve had sciatica for years, don’t know if there’s a link, because the sciatic nerve runs through the pelvis. My prolapse is more on the back wall, according to my doctor, and have been doing exercises ever since, plus I have a Kegel8 which I’m now only using a couple of times a week as I’ve been doing the programs a while now. Apparently it won’t cure the problem, but stops it from getting any worse. Of course whether it’s bladder or bowel, it’s still unpleasant, and we have to do what feels right for us, and like you say, the bladder can also cause problems with the bowels, when it comes to prolapse. Take care.
