Intermittent diarhoea

After gall bladder removal in 2017, have suffered with diarrhoea. Had endoscopy, bowel scan and stomach scans. Some diverticulitis was diagnosed with bowel scan. Have tried Fodmap diet and discarded gluten, lactose, caffeine, red meat and spicy foods. Do have periods of normal bowel function - if only it was permanent. Have intermittent left upper back and front pain - all reported to doctor. Any solutions?

Bile acid diarrhoea and malabsorption is common after gallbladder op, caused by to much bile to be reabsorbed, I had this and was prescribed Cholestyramine (Questran Light) it's a powder which you mix with a drink, it stopped it very quickly and I've not had a problem since.
