Comes and goes several times a day, but almost always around the same time at night it will wake Me up and last an hour or so. On and off a few days and then no pain for a week or a few weeks. Always extreme pain, steady but sort of throbbing sharp and cramping into my upper R thigh sometimes too. Never pain on my L side. Nothing seems to relieve it, but it always passses in time. I’ve had ct scans, colonoscopy, several sonograms. They have seen ovarian cysts, but also done a scan when I had pain and no cysts. Also I’ve had cysts on the left but never any pain. Oh, I do have a mirena iud. What on earth is going on. It hurts so bad and is so worrisome!! Any ideas?!
