Unknown anal chronic pain

I have been suffering from a kind of anal chronic pain for 2 years , I am Chinese, 18 , male , my English isn’t very well , please read through my description below , I beg you .

One day , I suddenly get a diarrhea after that I feel like I get IBS, irregular diarrhea and Lactose intolerance , I was a healthy man , and I had a strong Intestine , I could drink milk without any discomfort.Since that day my life changed a lot.But what bothers me most is the anal chronic pain ,I will explain that more detailedly below. The pain must happen after defecation, not in the defecation , actually , it isn’t pain, it’s a strange feeling , I feel like I haven’t finish the defecation ,there is poop left in my anal , but I can’t poop more , and 10 minutes later I feel there is fart block my anal ,only putting it out can relieve my discomfort but soon it will come back . It will last 4-6hours until next defecation .It is worth noting that the top half of my stool is normal(like banana), but the bottom half is soft and formless , it’s in the shape of cone ,every time. So to figure out what is the disease. I did a lot of medical examinations, including gastroscope, colonoscopy , Hydrogen and Methane-Based Breath Testing , anoscope , lumbosacral portion MRI , rectum ultrasound examination , but the all results are normal , only anoscope shows anal tube thickening .The examinations are done in Chinese top 5 hospital , so I think the results are credible. So I turn to foreign medical institution. If anyone knows anything about the disease please tell me, I’ll be very grateful. Thanks for reading.

Hi

I'm no expert but it sounds like irritable bowel syndrome. Perhaps you could research this online and see what you think. There are various self help things which may be of benefit. Others on this site may be able to give more information than myself. Good luck

Thanks for help, but is it possible to be LAS? what bother me most is the pain and incomplete bowel movements.

in reply toQFDBK123

Sorry I don't know about LAS. Hopefully someone else might be able to comment.

LAS is levator ani syndrome, any help?

in reply toQFDBK123

You would usually feel a lot of muscle tightness and spasm in the rectum with levator ani, so not sure. Do you have access to a pelvic health physiotherapist/ physical therapist, as they could check for this?

Could be a nerve issue

Can you get access to kefir or kombucha? Perhaps something has upset your gut microbes.

For anal pain due to muscle spasms you might try magnesium bisglycinate tablets. Eat curried foods....the turmeric helps with pain.

Maybe you need anal mammometry testing. Ask your doctor.

Sounds like pelvic floor dysfunction you should get assessed by a pelvic floor physical therapist

Also you may have neuromuscular issue like Levator Ani and pudental nerve issue so a muscle relaxer and a neuro med like gabapentin would help also suppositories made of valium ... You can make your own with coconut oil and Valium crushed and you can buy suppository molds on eBay if you can't get prescription for them ...

I have been given small supply of dilauded, under-medicated, but it does give limited relief. Cannot get larger dose, have you tried the diazepam suppositories. They are very expensive from the information I got from pharmacist

As I said in my reply to you which I assume you read you can make your own with crushed Valium and coconut oil but you have to put them in the right before you go to bed because they melt fast whereas the compounding pharmacies ones don't melt so fast but they are about I think I pay $40 for 24 but I always end up breaking them in half so $40 for a couple of months worth isn't bad

Yes I read it again and it does sound like pelvic floor dysfunction but it can be pudental neuralgia where the nerves are irritated and sometimes entrapped but I did want to ask you you said the anal tube was thickening so did the doctor tell you why that would be happening?
