Hi Everyone,

The article has been posted on an endometriosis site but good hydration is crucial for everyone no matter what illnesses or pelvic pain you suffer from especially as it can actually stop the effective absorption of medications that help with our pain. Being hydrated sounds simple but you’d be surprised the number of people who are admitted to hospital yearly with dehydration, or have problems having blood taken for blood tests etc. Have a read and I hope you find some of the tips useful and would be good to hear of any others you use yourself. Happy reading!
