Pelvic pain effecting bladder ?

Been suffering on and off for 4 yrs had so much prodding and tests which come back ok had bladder pressure and pain They gone down the Hormone route with vagifem and HRT but still having problems with stabbing pain in low pelvic region going around what feels like into my vagina/urethra into buttocks sometimes. Also burning when i wee had antibiotics twice in last mth no help

Not getting alot from medical world really just pills

Seeking pelvic floor therapist to see if can help

Without a diagnosis can't seem to get any real treatment plan asked about IC they dont seem to think i have this leaving me not knowing where to turn 😪
