Pelvic adhesions again...possibly

Has anyone dealt with pelvic adhesions?

I had having pelvic pain 2016. IIt ended up being adhesions and it pulled my ovary to my abdomen wall. My gyno cut them and also removed my fallopian tube’s at that time because I got pregnant after my tubal (had tubal done 2011, got pregnant 2015, ended in mc)

Fast forward to the past week, I’ve been having the same feelings again. The random cramping, burning feeling right by my C-section scar. It seems to be more on my right side than my left by far. I feel like my pelvis, right above my C-section scar, could be a little bit more firm than on the left side of pelvis at the same position. Which has me nervous. No obvious lumps or bumps. No bloating, no nausea.

The pain started about eight days ago but it has gotten less and less as I inch closer to when my cycle is to begin. (This Friday, it’s always normal and on time.)

Do you think it’s possible in the space of three years that I have adhesions again? I’m hoping it’s something simple like that.

I have a doctors appointment today. I can’t help but fixate on it and I swear I am feeling every little thing that I probably wouldn’t necessarily feel if I wasn’t so anxious about it.

Thanks.

Are you in the states? Hydrodisection is the injection of anesthesthetic used to dilate and expand the adhesion without surgery has anyone spoken to you about that?

Update: So saw gyno. She said my abdomen felt normal. No firm spots to her. Went for an u/s and it showed 2 small hemorrhagic cysts. Each ovary. They’re real small though. 1.6cm. She wasn’t really sure since they’re so small if they would be enough to be causing the pain that I’m having. She said since my cycle is to begin in the next couple days, to go through this cycle and see if the pain is still there afterwords. And if it is, she’ll scope and see if she can see anything that way. And she said she didn’t think it was adhesions bc they normally don’t just pop up w pain. ? I’m like umm ok but last time they did soooo 🤷‍♀️
