Vaginal spotting after laparoscopy

Hi everyone. I had a laparoscopy 5 days ago for ongoing pelvic pain. I thought I had PID , successfully treated in October w 3 weeks of antibiotics, but was still having painful ovulation and ongoing cramping. (much improved on bcps) Laparoscopy went great: They found nothing but overactive small intestines? . This is my first lap: how long does this spotting last?? I have to say I have almost zero pain , taking no meds, and because of that, may be over doing it physically: picking up my 2and 3 year olds. Bending, squatting playing w my kids. I try not to but it’s hard. They’re very needy.
