PID Causing Cyst

During my laparoscopic surgery 2 weeks ago, a peritoneal cyst was discovered along with fluid in my pelvis from previous cyst ruptures. I had scar tissue removed as well which they believe cane from a previous bad infection. The last thing they did was test my tubes and discovered one was blocked but the doctor did not remove the blocked tube (I wish he had so I wouldn’t be so paranoid about a possible ectopic pregnancy when TTC). I’ve been taken Charcoal tablets which assisted in the gas and bloating but I’m still very swollen and worried that maybe another cyst has ruptured. I felt some sharp pains last week and have back pains which I had associated with the cyst since those are the same symptoms from before. I’ve made an apt to see the doctor and requested another ultrasound just to make sure there is not any fluid still lingering around in my pelvis. Just curious if cyst could rupture again so soon.

I’m still slightly worried only because all the videos I’ve watched on YouTube show a little more progression than mines and it seems as if my stomach gets bigger by the day instead of smaller. Along with a few other symptoms. I have an apt scheduled for Wednesday so ready to see what that will unfold. Abdominal issues are not fun.
