Tarlov cyst surgery - insurance?

Hello,

I've recently been diagnosed with 6 Tarlov cysts on my sacrum which are constricting the nerves and causing horrid symptoms. I was wondering if anyone knew whether private medical insurance in the UK covers the surgery to fix them?

Thank you for your help!

Hi, I have just seen Mr Casey in London for mine, this is on the NHS. He will only operate if he thinks they are causes problems. I am not sure if private insurance would cover it. Wishing you all the best.
