I have a UTI on Nitrofurantoin 7days now day 6 symptoms improving. Discovered my prolapse utuerus has descended further.pain feels like been kicked.Im 53 going through menapause no period for 3 months now. Does prolapse drop further after menapause as estrogen drops and what options do I have as don't want surgery? I'm finding it hurts to walk or sit for longer than an hour and have pelvic lower right pain most days now.
