Hi I am 29 years old and and have right ovarian cyst 5 inches long and undergoing medication for this ( familon medicine) , after 21 days usage I stopped intaking this for menstrual arrival and my menses ended in two days only and no clots or nothing came out but I am suffering from lower left pelvic pain which is vry severe and now its my 5 day with this pain, can anyone suggest why is this so?

It could be PID. A lot of lower pelvic pain could be cause by STDs . It could also be cause by Bacterial vaginosis and the good bacteria as well . I’m experiencing the same pain as you too but everything is showing negative and I haven’t went to check to see if I have a cyst yet because I’m scared but I could feel like if something is there . Like a fluttery , twitchy and pain feeling . Or maybe PSCO or just a random cyst
