I had laproscopic cysticomtomy 3 weeks ago then got rushed back in with internal bleed n had to have blood transfusion, now they saying theres a blood collection on my ovary 3 weeks have passed n im still getting pain on my right side im also 16 weeks pregnant, im constantly worn out and drained will i ever get better

So sorry you are struggling with all this during pregnancy. Is there someone such as midwife or ob nurse to offer you support with these complex issues? Remember 5 deep breaths and one hour at a time. Keep us posted!
