Hi, yes I have tingling in my legs. I have cramping/ aching in backs of thighs but think this is linked to pudendal neuralgia. I also get a tight tingling feeling down my shins & ankles into my feet. It feels like I'm wearing a tight tubigrip bandage. This started about a year after my first pudendal pains.

If I walk a far distance, when I stop I get pulsing/nerve twitches all down my legs. Top to bottem which lasts about half an hour.

I notice the tingling in ankles & feet more in the evening usually when I'm sitting/lying on the sofa.

Hope this helps xx

I dont have any tingling, so this may not be anything like your problem BUT the soles of my feet are numb. I first noticed this a few years ago when I moved house and stood in an empty cast iron bath. Went to doc then to specialist at hospital. They did MRI. Turned out the fluid had gone from around one of my nerves in back and had lots of probs with spine. They said it was ARACHNOIDITUS and it had been going on for so long that they could not do anything and to go back when I couldnt walk properly!!!! It does also cause probs with my back and was told not to do certain types of bending.

Hope you manage to get it sorted.

How much Gabapentin were you taking? I started Gabapentin four weeks ago and am increasing to 1800mg. I found it helps tightening and burning in buttocks and back of thighs. I have PN and Even with Gabapentin I still have pain in perenium. Hoping increased dose will help with that. If not I will try Lyrica. Rocky68

I've heard pregablin maybe better? I know there very similar

I was told I could take 2400 of gabentin but I found I was just like a zombie, and I felt like I was drunk... 1800 was good but I've cut down again. I got the impression the dr was trying to say my head thought the pain was actually worse than what the pain was, so I thought spd it then I cut down the tablets, but I've have to take codeine and paracetmol... Also hot water bottles and got baths and a tens machine are a great help to me
