I am having penis numbness
It depends on whether you actually have Prostatitis or not? So have you had all the prostate tests? Did they confirm it or not?
Or is this another case of it must be Prostatitis so let's hit it with antibiotics because your Dr doesn't know about the other condition it could be?
He doesn't know.. I have taken antibiotics and gotten better but not the last few times... I take HCG injections and have for 15 yrs, so my testosterone is good 900. The Ed is worse. I got a penis pump just for blood flow when I lost morning wood a year ago. I also have been using Man 1 man oil and I take every herb there is for this. Are there other things I can do to increase sensitivity? I am big so don't need enlargement. Everything I read for sensitivity ends up being people trying to sell me enlargement stuff. Thank you for any help you can provide!
I think you need to work out what you have first. Have you had all these tests done?
Blood test for Prostatitis?
Internal prostate examination?
Urine test?
Scan of the prostate?
I also have a numbish penis from basically every sexual problem under the sun. Is anything else numb like the testicles? Is the numbness symmetrical? If so it could be the pudendal nerve in alcocks cannal. If you cause is from the prostate anything that reduces its swelling may help, although stay away from 5 alpha reductase inhibitors. A surprising amount of people have improved this by eating a lot of broccoli. Lightly steam about 1 head of broccoli per day. Why are you taking HCG? With a T of 900 (include units and ranges next time) it is possible that your estrogen is too high. Loss of morning wood is probably more hormonally related. You need to check estrogen with an ultrasensitive test. I would also check prolactin levels for the ED. Stop taking herbs and don't touch Man 1 oil. Man 1 oil has a polyacrilamide which is neurotoxic...The numbness could also be caused by an overly tense pelvic floor. Do you have pain in the anus after ejaculation? Pelvic floor can be assessed by a urologist referring you to a specialized PT. If none of this works, go see Dr. Irwin Goldstein at San Diego Sexual Medicine.
Sometimes a loss of sensation in the penis can be related to peripheral nerve damage, frequently brought about by rough handling or trauma to the penis; this can happen gradually over time or suddenly. One thing to try is the regular use of a first rate penis health cream (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil) containing acetyl L carnitine. This is a neuroprotective ingredient which can help with peripheral nerve damage in the penis. Good luck!
