Pain and PID

I'm 30 and was diagnosed with PID a week a ago. The pain has been excruciating. I was in the hospital for a day and after many many tests and a round of antibiotics I left. I tried to go back to my physically demanding job but the pain came back.

So I am now on self prescribed bed rest and taking the antibiotics the doctors gave me. But the pain ebbs and flows from bad to dull.

When does the pain stop?

When can I return to work?

When can I return my normal routines?

Thanks

How long have you had this pain ? from your e-mail I'm not sure whether this is acute or persistent/long term

I have had this now for almost two weeks. The pain comes and goes depending on the time of day. I'm taking the antibiotics I was prescribed but I don't really feel like I'm making a full recovery.
