Hello skywalker.

According to the Blood Service it's a bit of an iffy one here. They state that 'you may not' be able to if you have 'a serious illness or are undergoing medical tests and on medication'.

I'd translate it to mean no actually.

I got turned away back in the late 1990's due to the finger prick sample showing I was a bit low in iron so was sent to see my GP. I had some iron tablets for a short time but never returned after that.

If the urso and the PBC is without any other symptons that require medication I suppose it might be possible as with technology certain elements of blood (ie white cells) can be extracted so maybe with the AMA's. See that's the grey area.
