Antibiotics for UTI or Bladder infection

what can we take. I am allergic to sulfa drugs. What can I take that will not elevate my liver enzymes and cause a flare up?

Do NOT take Nitrofurantoin as that is the antibiotic my specialist thinks kicked off my PBC . I was given it for a bladder infection and next thing you know my liver enzymes were through the roof.

Take Methanamine and cranberry, Azo over the counter brand. My urologist prescribed this and it works
