That's what I aim to take, but I'm not always consistent
I take Q10, omega 3 and today I started vit D. My consultant says not necessary and I am on the whole better than before (not as tired or tired in a different way). But my muscles and bones ache (well, that is what it feels like) so I'm trying vit D to see if it'll make a difference. The Q10 I think has helped with the extreme tiredness I used to have (but I do rest a LOT more, try to pace myself), omega 3 with the brain fog, I am not quite as lost as I used to be, even though I am still far away from being the person I used to be.
I take Calcium and Vit D prescribed to treat my osteoporosis. Am a little afraid of taking other things in case they have an adverse effect
I don't take anything which hasn't been prescribed either. I am on VitD/Calcium for Osteoporosis, a multivitamin, zinc and iron.
