Hi Natalie, contact your GP and ask for any results from blood tests ECG,s etc they have to notify you (at least they do in the UK) hope you're not feeling too bad today?

You have had the medical opinion which has found nothing. It is worth seeing a McTimony chiropractor. They can look for things that the medical profession is unable to. If what you have is something I have experienced then the McTimony chiropractor can sort it quite easily.

Just wondering...you PUSH chiropractic for a plethora of illnesses. I showed my 3 chiropractor colleagues your posts and they thought your suggestions were quite entertaining. Do you receive monetary compensation for your efforts ? Are YOU a practicing chiropractor ? Why the EXTREME emphasis on this particular field ? You MUST have a reason for suggesting it for MANY, MANY, MANY ills. It does not "fix" everything. I'm sure you realize that, yet you suggest is for almost every malady. Fo you have zero faith in any other modes of treatments ? If it helped as much as you say, we should have thousands of practitioners. Also, in the USA, chiropractic is extremely expensive, even with health insurance...leaving only the well off to he able to afford chiropractic care. An average appointment in the USA, WITH health insurance, ranges from $100 up to $200 for 1 session ... often need twice a week treatments. Maybe in UK it's free.

I talk about the issue from my experience. I have been having McTimony chiropractic treatment since 1993. 1994 on the NHS. So I have been having it free on the NHS since 1994. McTimony chiropractic treats much more than backs. They are a sensitive hand on treatment. I have had very painful ribs treated. Loss of function in legs treated by leg stretches. Lose of strength in fingers treated by massage of wrist to loosen minute tight muscles on tendon sheaths.

There is what you call cure. There is what you call helpful. The injury I have in my neck impingement on nerve roots (MRI scan shows) will never ever be cured. The problems that the injury I have causes are reduced to within manageable limits. I have a treatment which helps line things up. The alignment begins to fail until about five to six weeks later I need another treatment.

I have experienced my legs suddenly given way. The McTimony chiropractor treats this by stretching my leg muscles. The legs muscles pull the lower vertebrate onto one of the root nerves in the lower lumber region. Hence the loss of power. I have experienced loss of sensation in the back of one of my legs. The problem traced to my hip joint. I have seen the diagrams. The diagram shows that some of the muscle fibres of the hip joint actually can wrap around the sciatic nerve. So when this gets over tight there can be loss of sensation. I have experienced the loss of sensation and the restoration of sensation.

There are a wide range of illnesses that I do suggest McTimony chiropractic for. This is because with these illness can come over contracted muscles. Lengthen out the over contracted muscles and there is less stress on the body's engineering system. Less stress can mean better functioning. The illness is not cured. The illness is still there, but the quality of life will that illness is improved.

Explains the concept of stress breakdown point.

I have had very uncomfortable pain in my forearm. The McTimony chiropractor showed me that the pain was caused by a muscle causing continual pull on the bone because the muscle fibre had got over contracted. Treatment of 30 seconds removed the pain completely.

I know what it is to feel very painful panic angina type pain. McTimony Chiroprator removed it by treating one of my ribs. The rib can by muscle contraction apply pressure to the vagus nerve.

I can give my experience of treatment from a McTimony chiropractor. There are different schools of chiropractic. The school which works on x-rays will probably never be able to do what a McTimony chiropractor can do.

I am not a chiropractor and never will be.

Have I been able to answer your question?

johnsmith I have never heard of McTimothy Chiropractors before. Is this method only available in Great Britain? (I’m in U.S.)

I am sorry I don't know the answer. It is Easter and everyone one could ask is probably on holiday.

Try mctimoney-college.ac.uk they may know someone.

I googled McTimoney and could see nothing in the states. It is Easter at the moment so there are holidays for people.

Message me in a couple of weeks. I could make some phone calls and message you back.

I suffered from chest pain for well over a year. My general doctor did lots of tests related to my heart and gave up finding nothing. He put me on medication that made me consistently lathargic saying it was stress related. I saw a Gastroenterologist and it turned out to be my gallbladder. My gallbladder had quit functioning properly (no gallstones) causing the chest pain. I had my gallbladder removed and the pain went away. I would definitely recommend seeking a Gastro doc.
