Chest pain
None of us can diagnose. So you must see a doctor to rule out serious issues. I would suggest seeing a chiropractor. There could be a pinched nerve. Only someone examining can tell or not. Pain killers are not the answer because you need to determine cause.
There is the possibility that you head on top of the spine is misaligned. The head should be balanced, but what sometimes happens is that the balance is lost for one reason or another. When the balance is lost muscles have to support a heavy head. This in turn leads to pressure being applied to all sorts of places that do not like pressure being applied for long periods of time. An Alexander Teacher can determine whether this is occurring or not. A doctor knows nothing or very little about the effect of muscles causing pain. So would not be capable of giving advice on this issue.

Thankyou , I have an appointment on Monday I will mention all of my symptoms and hopefully the doctor can rule out my heart and reassure me that it isn’t anything serious
All chest pain must be checked for obvious reasons. Other than your heart it could be gall bladder or costochondritus. Good luck at thr drs glad to see you're getting yourself looked at .
I’ve heard of Costochondritis one of my family members said to mention it at doctors as I have all the symptoms from it , Thankyou
I have to agree with JohnSmith that you need to go to your doctor to find out what is going on.
sometimes Malta fever can cuase these pains, but actually you need to see a Doctor, i think you need to visit a chiropractor, with limmited symptoms, it is hard to diagnose.
I've had the same type of issues going on forike 4 months now and a bunch of testing done. they dont believe it to be a cardiac issue, or a gastrointestinal issue. They seem to think its muscoskeletal but I have my fears and doubts considering how long my symptoms have been going on. I'm still only in my early 20's so I get that heart issues are unlikely not to mention my lack of risk factors, but having left chest pain especially right over where one's heart is can just be very scary :/ if you get any answers or wanna discuss further feel free to message me about how your doing with such similar symptoms to mine
I have been told that is is muscoskeletal and potentially Costochondritis but getting a ECG done tommorow to rule out heart issues . And then seeing a specialist as my blood pressure was High And I keep going dizzy
Yeah sometimes I get high blood pressure readings as well but it fluctuates quite a bit depending on my nerves. Yeah I've had 3 ekgs which all came back normal, a normal stress test, and a normal 2d echo ultrasound of my heart so I mean that pretty much rules out cardiac issues, but at the same time the feeling itself is just making me super anxious considering how long it's been going on. It all started after I had a really bad upper respiratory infection in which I was coughing pretty much nonstop for weeks back in January. Anyways, hopefully we both get some answers soon.
Woah forreal? Sounds like we have almost the same thing going on. Well either way it's a relief to know I'm not the only one having such difficulties
Yeah , it’s horrible it came on from no where and it causes me anxiety sometimes cause it appears from no where but I seem to be getting heard now I am only 17 so it is really annoying
Yeah I feel ya I'm only 25 and this shit is really bugging me got me worried I'm just gonna randomly die from it or something. Luckily all my tests have come back normal, but unfortunately all the doctors just seem utterly stumped so at this juncture idk what to do I might just see a pulmonologist next since it did all start after the respiratory infection.
