discomfort/pain in upper left rib area

I had this pain which initially felt like pressure on the upper left rip area, it was so bad i could sleep regardles of which side of the body I lay.

went to GP and was told might be pleurisy with a course of antibiotic and pain killers to relieve the pain.

finish the course and just a day after the discomfort is back, not entirely painful as before but nipping pain sometimes with pain around the shoulder and neck.

been to GP again advice again it same diagnosis and probably require longer course of Antibiotics so I have back on same for another week.

there days in and some days with the nipping pain also feel like reflux in tummy, feeling of heart burns and mild headaches. I am getting worried thinking of taking myself to A&E to request ECG and blood test to find out what is wrong.
