This is not confirmed but with my back pain I get problems with neck and shoulder and sometimes walking, I'm sure the doc says something like all the nerves or muscles are connected somewhere, that's why I feel it elsewhere but don't quote me on that
mine started off in my back after being attacked then it was my left hip thigh groin then shoulders and neck and left arm basically everywhere my back went again on Saturday playing pool and then my neck but doctors do nothing apart from offer amitriptyline and say it`s chronic pain.
When you injure a part of your body, you do things to compensate.
You adjust your body, so you don't hurt the part already hurting ... IE your knee. ... this can lead to other issues if it goes on for an extended period.
It is possible though have a muscular strain from the time your right knee hurt, and you kept your body in not normal positions to cope, and to continue to carry on.
I'd suggest you speak to your regular Dr, and ask about going to physiotherapy.
If you have some money of your own, you may want to visit a chiropractor.
Hi. Sine I got. T9 compressed vertabrae fracture last year I have been the same. Knee, hip groin, buttock pain in my right side. I'm actually paying to see a back clinic chiropractor/physiotherapist today. I'll let you know how I get on.
I have neck arthritis and shoulder arthritis both cause issues with upper back pains and if it’s really acting up back and side if my head will hurt … annoying
