Hi, the past couple of days I've been getting a sharp stabbing pain just under my left breast that last a few seconds then goes away. Sometimes it spreads around the side of my ribs and through to my back and it mainly happens at night. Upper back pain across shoulders and down centre of back started about a week ago too but I don't know if it's related, I got told my symptoms are like fibromyalgia but haven't been able to see a doctor about it yet. I've been to ER for chest pains a few months ago and blood tests, ECG and chest x-ray all came back normal and 3 different doctors say it is anxiety and muscle pain. However the pain I went to ER for doesn't feel the same and isn't in the same place as this.
I know no one can diagnose me but because it's so close to christmas my local doctors practice is shut and I don't want to go to ER unless absolutely necessary. I'm just worrying quite a bit (I have health anxiety which makes this 100 times worse) and wondered if anyone had any similar pain or tips on how to deal with it. I think it may be due digestinal problems because the night where it was the worst I ate chocolate before going to bed? Any help would be appreciated.

Myself, for heartburn or acid reflux I use half tablespoon/tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or a quarter of a teaspoon of bicarbonate soda in half a glass of water, works within a few minutes and my pain is gone.
Sounds like Costochondritis. Have had that kind of pain and thought I was having a heart attack. Took quite awhile to improve without any meds/treatment, other than a painkiller. Google it, for full explanation.
Myself, for my angina type pains or heart attack type pains (no doubt my mind working overtime thinking it could be,) I lean my arm down my left leg as far as I can reach which in turn helps the heart muscles, it stops both types of pains almost immediately. I learned this method from an online chiropractor video on YouTube. Not saying this is the same as what you have, but it does work for me 🤪😄😄
My son in law suffered with your same issues. For two months lost 25 lbs was in and out of the E.R. They could not find any thing wrong? Long story short. He had his gallbladder out last Friday night. Maybe have them check that I believe he had a Hydro Scan and that is how they figured out. Good Luck ! No fun to be in pain. That just sucks....
Yeah i sympathise with you I’m diagnosed with chronic costochondritis and the pain can mimic heart problems very painful and scary but the ecg is ok so they are not interested in you ,and put it down to stress,anxiety....good luck 🖖
