The straining your neck might give you the answer, if you can look online at an anatomy pic of the neck muscle that you have strained the go look up symptoms of that muscle being strained you might find the answer to the other pains you are feeling.
Can you indicate to me what muscle it is that you strained?
it was actually in my left shoulder they said iv damaged my rotatercuff but then the neck pain started ,,I had phsyso on shoulder which got bit better .
How did you damage it?
The back of head thing sound familiar, look up on YouTube how to do chin tucks or other exercises for that area, the tension headache could be the painful muscle in the back of your head pulling muscles attached to your scalp then to the sinuses above your nose which might cause the tension headache. Also look up stretches for the scm muscles which run from just above your chest up into the back of your ears, these can create an imbalance all over your neck and head giving you tension headaches etc. You can look into it on Google and find exercises on YouTube.
If your rotator cuff a are still giving you bother you might have to get them checked again incase they are the cause of it all.
