Hi All, I hope everyone is doing as well as possible today. Haven't been online for a little while, been having a very frustrating time. If I do anything more than move very slowly round the house my pain just escalates out of control and I end up back dosing myself with Oramorph. Just went shopping and now I'm paying the price - pain has gone from a 5 to a 9. Fed up.
Roll on my next appointment at the pain clinic for more injections.

I really feel for you. Since I acquired CRPS, my life is completely different. I am so sorry that you're not getting much out of life at the moment. I hope something changes for the better for you soon xx
Anyone that doesn't have chronic pain has no idea what we go through. I am the biggest culprit for over doing things then struggle with pain well after the event. However if we gave in to the pain all the time then what sort of life would we have. I hope your pain eases off soon. X
Hi Wen 2016 In the past I have had local anaesthetic and steroid injections in my groin and back - then had a high frequency current run through my spinal cord. Afterwards I lived a relatively normal life for about 5 years until a car crash brought the pain back. I am hoping that Bath hospital can do the same treatment. At times recently I have almost been at breaking point, need relief.
