Here i am resting between jobs. I have been down the allotment and got the vege and i have put the christmas table together and it looks lovely at the moment. The lidocaine infusion has helped a great deal and i am able to do more. i still get fatigued and my fingers get sore, but it is managable at the moment. The weight loss surgery has certainly made a difference to me as i am not carrying round so much weight now and with some of the drugs that i have stopped taking my head is a lot clearer as well. Overall i feel a lot better in myself, how long it will last is anybodies guess, but i am going to make the best of it while it lasts. Exhaustion is my worst enemy at the moment hence why i am sitting down between jobs. So on this sunny Sunday morning i wish you all the best.xxxxx

Sunny Sunday morning and all is good.......
Good to hear your feeling upbeat and having a sunny morning. It's also good news that your feeling the effects of your operation, it was all worth the worry before hand, just don't go overdoing it, as I know you! Well I think we do!!
Here I'm sitting with feet up that are throbbing, sore and on fire relaxing before the next hospital visit at midday. Luckily today I'm being taken by car rather than having to catch two buses. Hubby is getting really fractious about the way I'm walking as he knows I'm in a lot of pain, I keep downing the painkillers, I say to him he's my priority now not my stupid PsA feet and hands. It looks like we're in for a long haul on this one, with another hospital in the pipeline after this for more In stay rehab before eventually coming home. We've all expressed the treatment hubby so so far received from the two hospitals already with the NHS we couldn't have got better if he was private. Hoping third will be the same when it happens.
If I dont speak to you again before Christmas have a good time with your family wherever it will be. Us we have booked our table in the hospital restaurant with the ward staff permission to allow hubby off the ward for a couple of hours.
Oh darling it is so lovely to hear from you,and i am glad hubby is making progress even if it is slow. You must get as much rest as you can between visits darling as we don't want you in hospital now do we. Yes you know me too well and i do overdo it a lot. I have now polished the lounge and i am sitting with a cup of tea at hand and the christmas music on as well. Merry christmas to you and your hubby and a
peaceful new year and a healthy one for both of you.xxxxxx
I also am having trouble with hands and feet related to PsA . Its just one ankle that is very sore and both hands , that is why i'm on here at moment. I'm having a rest before sorting the dinner out .
Hope all goes well for you
Chris
