I USUALLY RECEIVE A CALL FROM HAH TO AGREE A DATE FOR DELIVERY OF ENBREL, ONLY HAVING ONE LEFT I RANG THEM. THE FIRST CALL I WAS 10TH IN THE QUEUE, THE NEXT TIME 18TH IN THE QUEUE AND THE 3RD TIME I WAS 22ND IN THE QUEUE. HOW TO YOU GET THROUGH TO THESE PEOPLE? I HAD HEARD THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS, BUT DIDN'T REALISE IT WAS THIS BAD.

I rang them late morning and I didn't get told how many were in the queue and was just on hold. My call was answered within a few minutes do I didn't have the trouble you have had today. However, they said they would send an earlier message to the cimzia team and get them to call me and they haven't rung back yet ..!!
Have you managed to speak with anyone yet, it's very frustrating. I will. Have up late tomorrow if I've not heard anything. Rx
I take my last one today so will now begin to chase them, at least that will give me a couple of weeks to receive the next batch. It was only late by one day last time but took a hell of a lot of chasing to even receive that! Up until about last October I would receive a call or text when I still had one or two left. Since then I have had terrible trouble obtaining my humira.
For the last nine years hah have always rang me on a Tuesday two weeks before delivery. It was great.
Until six months ago. Now they ring anytime. Last time nine o'clock on a Sunday morning.
Quite often they ring when I ve got two left but never one!
I have changed injection day to day of delivery (mon) so if they areever late I still have a weeks worth left.
Which I shouldn't have to do. I also think (after reading dome posts) the bad service is putting people off using these injections that are delivered by hah, which is terrible!
Hope you get through to them, sorry I haven't got any other solutions.
