Good to hear the op went well go steady of the next couple of weeks. Sorry but never heard of these other two that you now have, you will have to enlighten us. Will this be the answer to your consultant when he said that he was looking for other things than RA? Take care. xxx
Glad you are home (was thinking about you this morning hoping it was all going okay) but sorry these other conditions have been confirmed on top of your RA. I will look them up too. Meanwhile rest up and take care. Love Tilda xx

Hi allanah, I'm sorry to hear that you have these two conditions on top of everything else, you must be feeling very down. Rest up. Thinking of you x
Hi allanah please your op went well rest up and I'm going google the others as I haven't heard of these...good that you have some answers....scary there are so many unknown diseases we haven't heard of....thinking of you big hugs xxx
Mine looks like Dupytrens contracture with loads of painful palm and feet lumpsx
Hi Allanah, sorry you have to contend with other problems as well. I have read about these and they sound very debilitating and painful. I found good info on this link dupuytren-online.info/ for both conditions, sounds like it could be genetics.
Hope you get good results from your operation and you get the treatment you need soon.
Jan
Oh you poor love. How miserable for you. Thinking of you. I've read Jan's helpful link and will talk more at length when you are feeling up to it. xx
Do you know aboutit
No, nothing I'm afraid. Only what I read in the link. Haha, my post did sound like I was knowledgeable didn't it? What I meant to say was that I know it's probably difficult for you to type at the moment so will ask questions etc when you are feeling better. x
Xx
Glad the op went well, make sure you have lots of rest, hope you start to feel better soon

Still waiting for a repeat ultrasound at north staffs hospital. Did have an appt prior to Christmas but was too ill to attend. Will need surgery at some point, want to get RA under contol, before I contemplate surgery. Risks and benefits to assess. Being a nurse has its hazzards.......
Sending best wishes to you following your operation, take care, lynda x
Thanks xx
Glad the op went well and lets hope a speedy recovery is soon for you.xxxx
Thanks c
Hi Allanah, glad it's done and hope you're feeling better very soon. What a wretched nuisance that they've found something else.
Take care,
Dotty xx
Hi Allanah, waiting is the worst !!! I just recently came out of a sling so i know how difficult it is managing things especially if its your dominant hand. I hope they get the results to you soon.... Good luck.

Oh I hope so. wow that must have been a bit of a shock but a relief at the same time to have a diagnosis. Sounds strange but I am sure you know what I mean.
