I went down the hospital this morning to get some blood tests and my daughter was also down there for another matter. I walked through the hospital and back to my car. Then when we went to Nuneaton. I went to get some eyebrow tint, which my daughter got from Asda for me. I then went into Bon Marche and ended up with some pjs and some leggings for winter.
We came home and i have been in agony ever since. My feet on are fire and my back and shoulders and neck are sore. My left side of my back is sore and i don't know where to put myself at the moment. So here i am in my recliner resting like i am supposed to do while my family are painting and washing the crockery out of the cabinets,a job which i usually do. I have one of those neck pillows on as well to ease the pain.
If the blood tests are ok i will be getting cimzia this week. Who would believe that walking round the town would result in so much pain.
I hope you are all not in pain like i am today.xxxx

You are having a hard time of it lately, I totally empathise with you. I haven't been shopping in months due to pain and fatigue and like you I'm still battling on.. Keep strong and don't let this damn disease get you down, easier said than done I know but chin up. Sending big hugs Donna xx
Make sure you rest Sylvi. I know how you feel though, i hate sitting watching my family doing things i used to do , i loved doing the gardening but now have to sit & watch. Take care xx Alison
Hi Sylvia, hope you feel better soon love. Good luck with the Cimzia, hope you get some relief at last. You're such a fighter x
Have a little snooze whilst the family do the work, sorry to hear your still in a lot of pain. xx
I just lost it a little while ago all because i moved my chair and knocked something in the paint tin. Then my daughter has just undone the curtains that i put together all because i put too many hooks in,i give up...xxx Moan over.xxx
Oh dear sweetie i hope you get your cimza very soon. xxx
Oh poor Sylvi I hope you're feeling a little better today in fact I hope you're feeling a LOT better but I know how mean this disease is with dishing out the 'good' days. Like you, I find a day of walking round town, or a day of fairly light housework just knocks me for for six!
Whilst it's lovely to have members of the family help out, it is so frustrating when you just want to do it yourself, your way!
Things just go from bad to worse for me. I had another funny turn with my menieres and i rang my rheumy nurse to get blood results and it appears my chlorestial is high so that isn't good news either. Never mind it is going to be nice tomorrow.xxx
Sorry you've had such a bad day, sweetie. Darn. Hopefully the Cimzia will be back to doing it's job for you. Take a break for another day or two, then it will be better. OK? Hugs, Loretta
Great, then maybe give it a couple days to get to working! Lay in the hammock, sipping Lemonade and nibbling bob-bons and reading romance novels for a couple days heheheh
Now that sounds idylic if only i could. The sitting i could manage, sipping lemonade, got that,bob-bons goodness i haven't had them in a long while. xxxx
