HOLY COW I MADE IT TO ONE YEAR!

Wow..12 months...over 7000 cigarettes NOT smoked. Last evening at 7PM my Smoke Free App celebrated me not smoking for an entire year. My husband said "wow that went fast"....I said "Maybe for YOU it did!" HA. Being a heavy smoker for 35 years I really didn't imagine I'd quit...or be able to quit. Proud of myself. Thanks for the support here and for letting me lurk most of the past 12 months quietly reading posts and gaining strength & insight from them. The journey, I know , is not over, but now more than ever I feel like cigarettes are permanently behind me....but I WILL keep my guard up!!!

Chinnup that's exactly what I did...I paid attention to all of those that posted here with their milestones...it helped me to KNOW that I TOO could do it!!! Every single day without a cigarette is a fantastic accomplishment! You are doing very well too...keep it up!!!!!
