Well I think I am over smoking fags. I am now noticing the smell of fags on other people and it smells rank really awful and it makes me sick.

Ah Dodo well done, 10 weeks is fantastic, yes, I really cannot tolerate the smell of smoke of other people or smoke lingering, makes feel sick too.  I am now at over 6 months smoke free, for the first time in 25 odd years enjoying the smell of nature that I haven't done since I was a child....enjoy!

Well done on reaching 10 weeks😆i think its half the battle is hating smoking ive noticed the smell a few times on my workmate and thought i must have smelt like that lol

Hurray buddy!!!! Congrats! To a better smelling life! Let's all become those really annoying people that keep complaining about the smell of cigarettes although we might be back on them tomorrow lol me included - ahahah it feels good to be a winner  

You'll be happy to know that it becomes very easy from now on, I personally struggled a bit once the weather changed,  somehow I felt the need for a cigarette that I got over it, it was not cravings... It was more like a mind game.
