I just dip in and out of this group now ... but I can't help feeling that some of the posts cannot be genuine/serious. For example, stuff like 'should I never have another cigarette?' Perhaps its just me ....

It's just you lol. Sometimes we may get these thoughts/impulses and we end up sharing no matter how silly it may sound."Should I never have another cigarette?" The sounds like the body/mind is having a panic about letting go of this relationship they had with cigarette.. like any relationship "should I never see him again" maybe he wasn't too bad (the mind says, as it thinks about all the great moments they've been through...
