Hi All,

First time here...I am very disappointed with myself as I start to smoke again after stopping for over 2 years ...but at the same time I am enjoying it as well so not sure what's happening...

I’ve been there!. It’s fine to relapse, and it’s better to try again. I’ve returned to smoking after I had stopped for 5 years, then I stopped again, I’m on my 52 day and I feel great. It’s fine to lose a battle in order to win the war.

Don’t bet your self up, it’s just certain things that trigger you to do it, you’ll be okay , you’ll try again when your ready
