Nearly 3 weeks I can't believe it!. Doesn't sound like a long time I know but it's a massive achievement, one I'm amazed I've managed to do.
My app says I've not spent 165.00 pounds on cigarettes which is really scary considering I never really thought about the cost..Per month on my reckoning that's roughly 300 pounds, 3500 a year.
To say I'm completely shocked is an under statement, all that money wasted on fags, sucking on the poisons and paying for the privilege what an absolute mug I feel. Now I've sat down and really thought about it my resolve to stay stopped has increased 10 times, not only the huge financial gain but all the obvious health benefits I have well and truly woken up and smelt the sweet smelling coffee.Smoking is an addiction yes but considering all the pros, quitting it's well worth the struggle and today I need to tell all the quitters out there I feel really really good about my quit journey so far...😄
That's brilliant, I am on day 13 and considered it easy so far, I keep thinking about all the things you have listed and for me the money is amazing, although it has been spent on other things, so officially I haven't saved it, but I haven't sucked in all those chemicals either.
Yes I use gum, patches and an inhaler, I stocked up on all these before I quit so I was 100 percent ready.ive smoked for a long time and this is my first attempt at quitting, I was just fed up of being fed up about my smoking habit which I can honestly say I stopped enjoying a long time ago.Ive read books, used online info and have never underestimated how tough quitting can be.i view it as a new lease of life and any healthy challenge has got to be a good thing. The benefits you get daily and there are zero positives about smoking.Day 24 for me and I'm really proud of myself.Good luck with your quit and stay strong 😄
